Quotations & orders

Each quotation states MOQ, unit price, sample cost (Sample fee is confirmed per quotation and must be paid in full before sampling begins), lead time and shipping terms (FOB/EXW with booking assistance). Validity and payment terms appear on the quote (50% deposit to start production, 50% balance before shipment; large orders may require progress payments). A binding order arises upon our written order confirmation.

Samples

Sampling timelines are estimates confirmed per project. Sample fees and courier arrangements are agreed before sampling begins.

Intellectual property

We welcome NDAs before design transfer. For licensed characters or brands, the client warrants production authorization and provides documentation on request. FiguForge does not produce unauthorized replicas of third-party IP.

Shipping & liability

Standard terms are FOB or EXW (Guangdong), with freight forwarding assistance. Lead times are good-faith estimates beginning after sample approval and deposit. Aggregate liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law. Governed by the laws of {{GoverningLaw}}; the version in force at order confirmation applies.
